Agreement negotiations are underway. We will forward a copy of the agreement to the <br />Division upon request <br />6.4.5 • EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />9. Hall-Irwin will provide necessary design specifications, including geotechnical information as <br />part of the Technical Revision for the slurry wall. The Division of Water Resources, State <br />Engineer's Office (SEO) administers the water rights within the State of Colorado. The SEO <br />will require a liner test to be performed before the State will approve the water storage vessel. <br />If the vessel fails the test, the SEO will require either the leaking water to be replaced or the <br />vessel to be repaired. <br />10. Planting will include 20 trees and 210 shrubs. Please refer to Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan <br />Map for the number and types of plants and the locations where they will be planted. <br />11. No reclaimed slopes will be steeper than 3:1. Reservoir shorelines will not be steeper than <br />2:1, exceptfrom five feet above to ten feet below the expected water line where slopes shall <br />not be steeper than 3:1. <br />12. As indicated in the Soils Test Boring Logs included in Exhibit I, the existing condition of the site <br />has only 6° of topsoil. Consistent with the pre-mining condition of the site, Hall-Irwin will apply <br />6° topsoil to reservoir shoreline slopes above the high water line. <br />6.4.6 - EXHIBIT F -Reclamation Plan Mao <br />13. Enclosed is another copy of the 24° x 36° Exhibit F maps for your review. Please note that the <br />extra 11 °x17° maps were provided for your convenience (for a quick reference) and not <br />intended to be the primary maps for the permit <br />6.4.7 FJCHIBIT G -Water Information <br />14.
