Please be aware that the boundary area, bearing and distances surrounding the site <br />have not changed. We have enclosed an updated legal description and revised the description on <br />the maps accordingly. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Minino and Mining Plan Mapfs) of Affected Lands <br />1. Enclosed is another copy of the 24' x 36° Exhibit C maps for your review. <br />2. The strurlures ownership information, including the Plumb Ditch is included on the Pre-Mining <br />Map. <br />3. Hall-Irwin intends to mine the site in accordance with the Mining Plan Map. However, due to <br />the expense of design and installation of the slurty wall, Hall-Irwin will not complete the final <br />design until the Division has approved the 112 permit and Weld County has approved the Use <br />by Special Review Permit <br />As we stated in Exhibit L -Reclamation Cost, °consisteM with the DMG Lined Pit Guide dated <br />September 2000, Hall-Irwin will submit the necessary design specifications as a technical <br />revision prior to exposing groundwater."
