Measures to minimize disturbance to the hydrologic balance, prevent off-site drainage and <br />provide for a stable configuration of the reclaimed area consistent with the proposed land use. <br />The hydrologic balance issue has been addressed earlier in this application. Astable configuration <br />is essential for the owners' development plan fora mountain residential site. A Stormwater <br />Dischazge Permit will be acquired providing for any off-site drainage in the historic manner. In this <br />mountain country, there is always runoff downhill <br />(m) Specify whether the deposit/ore will be processed on site. <br />As stated earlier, when a large enough azea is developed in the northeast comer, it is possible that <br />a custom crushing spread may be brought in to process some of the material into road base for use <br />in the owners' projects, as well as for others in the area. <br />(n) Identify the primary and secondary commodities to be mined/extracted and describe the <br />intended use. <br />The only materials to be mined aze rock and sand. There are no secondary materials involved. The <br />material will be used for road construction in the area by the owners and other parties. <br />(o) Name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental products to be <br />mined/extracted by the proposed operation. <br />As mentioned earlier in this application, there are no incidental products known or proposed that <br />could be used from this operation. <br />
