• p. Reclaimed lands of the coal operation will not be used for <br />agricultural or horticultural crops as it is too limited in the level <br />portions and too steep for any vegetations except trees or brush. <br />Reseeding of the small affected areas can best be done by hand or <br />some other method of small scale seeding. <br />q. Applicant presently has no plans for uses of the reclaimed <br />land other than to plant trees and/or such other vegetation as can <br />exist in the reclaimed area. <br />r.
