Depth <br />of overburden ranges from 200 feet to about 600 feet, All of Ap- <br />plicants operations as planned presently will be underground; hence <br />none of this overburden has to be removed except in the vicinity of <br />the mine portals and for access roads, The maximum cut in either <br />of these will be about 30 feet. <br />6) The fees required are for the 35 acres used for the surface <br />plant, portals and dumps. This area is designated on Map B. <br />7) Reclamation of the affected lands will be completed within <br />the 5 year specified period. <br />8) Applicant has no plans for amending this permit presently. <br />• After a mining plan has been formulated and approved by the Colorado <br />Department of Mines, amendments may be required to conform with <br />the plans. <br />9) Only Maps A and B atthis application need be considered <br />confidential by the State. <br />10) a. Copies of this application for a mining permit will be filed <br />for public inspection at the office of the Board and in the office of <br />the County Clerk and Recorder of La Plata County, Colorado. <br />b.
