The decision date for your application is scheduled for June 6, 2007. <br />Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before May 30, 2007. Any public <br />comments that we receive on your application during the interim will be forwarded to you. <br />Please be advised that your application maybe deemed inadequate and maybe denied on June 6, <br />2007 unless the following adequacy review items aze addressed to the satisfaction of the <br />Division. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT A -Legal Description & Location Map <br />1. In conformance with Rule 6.3.1, please revise the "Location Map" to include a prominent <br />landmazk or direction & distance to the nearest town (Meeker or Craig). You may also want to <br />reference the nearest mile marker neaz the site entrance. Please respond. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />2. In conformance with Rule 6.3.30, please clarify the maximum disturbance to be expected at <br />any one time throughout the life of the operation, in terms of pit or highwal] dimensions, depth of <br />excavation, volume of overburden to be re-graded during final reclamation, and acreages of <br />working face, pit floor, stockpile areas, and other disturbances that will be reclaimed.
