Ad~ional Information Page 3
8. Exhibit B. In my initial discussions with Mr. L.
permit application information gathering, I revised
from 5 acres to 8 acres to include the dump area on
the use of this area as equipment storage, parking,
and the placement of a self supporting miracle span
as a secure storage building and maintenance area.
eye during my pre-
my permit boundry
the roadside for
ore shipping area,
building to serve
The building will be moved from its present location and assembled
on the dump site in sections, It is of steel construction and 20 X30
feet. The largest piece is 2 X 3 feet and the entire set of materials
will fit into a dump truck bed., The assembly is done on a base of
12 X 12 square timbers and is not on a concreat base, thus not being
of permanant construction, and may be disassembled, when required.
The time required to assemble or take apart a structure of this type
does not exceed 3 days.
I do intend to contact Mr. Sarmo, town - County coordinator to obtain
an Application for improvement Permit in order to set this temporary
structure,
Exhibit H- Reclamation Costs, (Pleese see my letter of March 2,1964)
1. Mobilization and demobilation costs were included in the $500.00,
grading and clean up costs.
2. Possible fencing costs, 50 ft, snow fence $ 28,95 per roll.
3. Structure removal. 30 hours @ $6.0o hr, $180.00 plus salvage value.
4, Fertilization costs. Approximately $15.00 per acre for dry fertilizer.
5. Ripping of some roads, Road base is quartz rock, ripping is impossible.
The additional costs for the above are within my estimate of reclamation
costs, therefore additional bonding should not be necessary. The area to
be reclaimed is estimated not to be in excess of 2 acres inclusive of
roads and parking-storage area included .
Si erely,
~~
Wilbur F. Benham
