Please find attached quarter-Quarter map. <br />Exhibit B- Mining Plan, As the entire face of the outcrop is minable <br />ore, there will be no development waste rock on the bench. Parking locati <br />will be at the Animas Forks Road Toltec Tunnel Dump/ Storage area site.., <br />Road improvements will be on exsisting roads, as shown in photo, and on <br />attached map. I_t is unknown .and very unlikely that any additional roads <br />will be needed as exsisting roads are.on the site and it may be reached by <br />Two roads at the present time. <br />Exhibit C-Maps. See attached <br />Exhibit.D- Water resources. As Picayune Creek is 1500 feet from the <br />nearest point to Toltec No. 2, there should be no effect on the creek. <br />The access road to Toltec No, 2 & 3 crosses the stream and a permanent <br />4 foot steel culvert will be installed at this point to prevent erosion. <br />The rock outcrop to be mined on Toltec 2 and the subsequent bench, face a <br />1200 foot drop off and it ss a natural run off area. all roads would be gr <br />ed with a lip on the sides to prevent erosion, at present they are all well <br />drained.
