Memo to Kate Pickford 4 January 13, 2006 <br />Gravel Pit Access Road Stability File No. M-2005-045 <br />• The cut section of the access road will be constructed and reinforced in accordance with the <br />retaining structure and subsurface drain system recommendations contained in the Trautner Report <br />dated October 21, 2005. <br />• The access road will be constructed in accordance with the construction recommendations contained <br />in Section 8 of the Trautner Report dated October 21, 2005. <br />• The DMG shall be provided a general schedule for construction of the road to facilitate scheduling <br />of site inspections. The general schedule must be provided at least 30-days prior to initiation of road <br />construction. <br />• No more than 60-days following completion of road construction, the DMG will be provided with <br />an as-built construction report and as-built drawings detailing all aspects of how the road was <br />constructed. <br />If the Applicant wants to make significant changes to the plans for road construction as they have been <br />preliminarily described in the application, such changes must be reviewed and approved by DMG as <br />technical revisions or amendments to the application (or technical revisions or amendments to the permit, <br />once the permit has been issued). <br />enclosure(s) <br />cc: Harry Posey, DMG (via email and w/o enclosures) <br />H.
