ADDITION TO EXHIBIT ll - Reclamation Flan
4.
When mining in the pit is terminated the reclamation
will be in two phases: First the riverbed will be smoothed
to a 4:1 slope or flatter and left for natural flood flow to
restore the gravel content and the original condition.
The river ban1:: which may have been used for a stocF:pile
and loading area will be smoothed and while the top soil
will not have been removed it may be covered to deeply to
provide good germination. For this reason a manure mulch of
~~~ tons per acre of chunFay manure will be spread over the
area to provide nitrogen and phosphorus and to protect the
area from erosion. The area will also be fenced to protect
from graying livestac4::.
The seeding will follow the plan provided by the
Flagler Soil Conservation District.
