Any exhibits not mentioned ere <br />considered adequate at this time. <br />PIt 17 <br />1 need the proofs of both publication and no[ifiution of adJacent land- <br />owners before the November 19-20, 1960 meeting. <br />Application Item 17 <br />Since the arce is to be graded snd seeded, the proposed future use would <br />more probably bn agricultural-grazing. <br />Exhibit A <br />The ortgtnal permit on this operation was for 42.440 acres of affected land <br />and this permit is for 40.80b acres. I notice that the surveys are slightly <br />different between the ortgtnal permit and the conversion. Does this account <br />for the acreage difference? <br />Exhibits C b D <br />1. Yhet vegetation Ms becorse established on the topsoil stockptlet Annual <br />weeds in pstches will not provide adequate stabilization. If a perennial <br />grass cover hss not becoise established, 1 recommend planting the pile <br />with such a cover crop. <br />2. What is the presently-planned timetable for mining? <br />3. What is to be the depth of material to be mined to the area yet to be <br />mined? <br />4. Mora specifically, what is the extent (on the map) of the area yet to <br />be minedT <br />
