:, <br />,% ~> <br />4.) The as built weir approximates the design dimensions as <br />shown in the Appendix. Per conversation with Bob Heaver, <br />the structure is reported to be reinforeced. Field measur- <br />ments are for the exposed sections of the weir only. <br />5.) The four (4) inch drain pipe is installed and functional. <br />Both ends are clear and some evidence of discharge was <br />present in the ripranped area. <br />6.) F. M. Fox personnel were present during construction and <br />verified the use of 8 inch fill lifts compacted to 907 of <br />the maximum dry density. <br />7.)
