We thank you for the review of the above <br />referenced application. The following are our answers and darifications to the items you listed in your <br />letter. 6cduding your letter headings, all references to "Exhibits" below are references to f~dlibits <br />attadied to this letter. This letter and its attachmerrts are to be a part of the original application, <br />referenced above. <br />Exhibit A -Legal Description (Rule 6.4.1) <br />See drawing "Exhibit - "A". This drawing derxrtes the three areas called out in the rrr~es and bounds <br />description, ExhibR "AA". These are the areas to be excavated. Exhibit "B" shows the fenced boundary <br />of the Gravel Pit area. AS noted on the drawing all areas not induded with in the metes and bounds <br />description are to remain undisturbed during the entire life of the gravel pit. Note, properly line fendng <br />wilt riernain in place after cornpletion of excavation. All other gravel pit fence will be removed upon <br />completing redamation of the entire gravel pit arm. <br />Exhibit C -Mining Plan Map (Rule 6.4.3) <br />See drawing Exhibit "C". <br />At the time the original survey was taken of this location, two bridges did exist with in the gravel pit site. <br />The bridge affaed to the "Old Railroad Grade Road" is the onty bridge that presenty exists, and will be <br />used by the gravel pit. The smaller bridge that was located to the northeast of the Old Railroad Grade <br />Road bridge has been removed. Both bridges were and are owned by Gately Living Tnut, Seahorse <br />Ranch. The Old Railroad Grade Road bridge is a private bridge that is located on Seahorse Ranch <br />property. <br />Old Railroad Grade Road: As shown on drawing Exhibit "C", this road is entirely on Seahorse Ranch <br />property and is owned by Gately Living Trust, Seahorse Ranch. <br />Griffin # 1 Ditch: All references to Griffin # 1 Ditch reflect the same ditch as shown on drawing F~chibd <br />"C" <br />Easements: see drawing F~chibit "B". <br />Vegetation: see drawing 6chibit "D". <br />
