This Special Use Permit shall expire six (6) years from the date of <br />approval by the Board of County Commissioners. If extension ie required, <br />the owner will notify Rio Blanco County 90 days prior to expiration. <br />12. All activities on the site shall be limited to those required for gravel <br />extraction and processing only. <br />13. No landfilling of off-site materials shall be allowed. <br />14. Topsoil stockpiles required for reclamation (six inches minimum of cover <br />over all disturbed areas) shall be stabilized with vegetation and shall not <br />be removed from the site. <br />15. The berme created during mining operations on the south edges of the <br />ridges shall be mined last and all disturbed areas shall be immediately <br />reclaimed on the ridge on which the berm has been removed. <br />16.
