This <br />project is located in Sections 31, and 32, T2N, R101W, 6th P.M. Approval of this <br />Special Use Permit is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Weeds be controlled in all disturbed areas. <br />2. A fugitive Particulate Emission Permit be obtained from the Colorado <br />Department of Health. <br />3. A Mined Land Reclamation Permit be obtained from the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources. <br />4. Adequate sediment control measures shall be taken to ensure sediment <br />does not reach drainages or the White River. <br />5. Dust shall be controlled at all times on the entire site and access road. <br />Operations shalt cease immediately if duet cannot be adequately controlled. <br />6. The boundary of all areas to be mined or disturbed shall be surveyed and <br />staked or delineated. <br />7. Disturbed areas where mining has been completed shall be graded to <br />proposed final grades and reclaimed as soon as possible or on an annual <br />basis. <br />8. Storage areas for fuels and chemicals shall be bermed and located away <br />from drainage areas. <br />
