During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water <br />is anticipated. the mining operation will be conducted in such a <br />manner as to maintain the existing surface drainage. All mining <br />and processing operations will be designed to manage storm <br />runoff, so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. Side <br />slopes will be no greater than 3:1 and grade of not less than 1$ <br />on the floor of the mined area will be consistent with range land <br />use. <br />M. All materials will be processed off site at the existing <br />crushing operation on the existing adjacent site to the South as <br />shown on Exhibit E. <br />N. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel <br />to be used mainly to serve the needs of Chevron U.S.A., as well <br />as public demands, <br />O. There are no incidental products to be mined or extracted. <br />
