Mr. Mark A. Heffner - 4 - May 9, 1985 <br />Other <br />1. Upon reviewing file 73-007, it appeared that the 1983 Annual Report, Fee, <br />and Map were not submitted. Please check your files to see if these were <br />submitted to us (Anniversary date is January 7th). If not, please provide the <br />b350.00 Annual Fee not submitted. <br />2. Upon reviewing the Annual Reports submitted, it appeared that 3 acres near <br />Bradley Road were graded and topsoiled in 1983, yet revegetation has not <br />occurred as of January 7, 1985. In the future, topsoil replacement should <br />immediately preceed revegetation efforts. Please commit to revegetating this <br />area immediately, if not already accomplished or commit to protecting this <br />valuable resource by the incorporation of (crimped) mulch. <br />Also, there was no mention of topsoil grading or seeding. Please commit to <br />grading to slopes no greater than 2H:1V and planting with a perennial cover <br />crop for conservation purposes. <br />Please respond to each item of this letter at your earliest convenience, <br />preferably prior to June 19, 1985. <br />The amendment is scheduled to be considered by the Board at the June meeting <br />to be held from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m, on June 25 1985, and from 8:00 a.m. <br />to the end of the agenda on June 26, 1985.
