The following must be submitted prior to the June 26-27, 1985 Board <br />consideration of the amendment: <br />1. Proof of the remaining three weeks of publication. <br />2. Proof that a copy of the publication was either personally served or sent <br />by certified mail (with return receipt requested, where possible) to: <br />a. All owners of record of surface rights to the affected land, and <br />b. All owners of record of immendiately adjacent lands. <br />The following issues require clarification, however: <br />Final Land Use " <br />1. Please provide an alternative land use; "revegetation" is not a land use. <br />Exhibit C - Pre Mining and Mining Plan Map <br />1. Please provide the acreage of those mining phases located West of Academy <br />Boulevard. <br />2. This map illustriates that the permit boundaries come within 200 feet of <br />permanent man-made structures owned by: <br />a. Mr. John Bowman and Edward McCormick, <br />b. Ms. Eleanor C. Honeke, <br />c. Fountain Mutual Ditch Company, <br />d. Colorado Division of Highways, and <br />e.
