This <br />mulch will be crimped to a depth of 3 inches into the soil with a <br />straight disc. All drilling and discing will be done as close to the <br />contour as feasible. <br />No irrigation should be necessary. No grazing will be permitted <br />for at least two years. <br />blonitoring of each newly revegetated area will occur during the <br />growing season to insure the seeding success. If low seeding success <br />is noted, reseeding will be done in the following year. Nutritional <br />deficiencies will also be checked, and if necessary, appropriate <br />fertilizers or other soil amendments and conditioners will be added. <br />Reclamation Timetable. The reclamation phases may be correlated <br />to Map Exhibits D-1 and F. The numbering of the reclamation phases <br />correspond to the numbering of the mining stages.
