<br />-~- <br /> <br />Since the drainage area above the dump is very limited and <br />the vegetation below the dump is heavy no siltation structure will <br />be constructed. <br />Reclamation of the bench area consisting of 2 acres will begin <br />within one year after abandonment since buildings, structures, <br />and access ways will occupy the area. <br />After abandonment, all buildings and structures will be re- <br />moved. Portals will be blocked and sealed. Compacted areas will <br />be ripped. Topsoil will be spread over the bench to a cieptli of <br />18". Fertilizer will be applied at the same rate as on the slope. <br />Seeding will be applied at the same rate and by the same <br />manner as has been explained for the benches in Area #1. Mulch- <br />ing will be accomplished in the same manner as in Area #1. <br />Area #5 <br />Main surface buildings and drill pads located in the SE1/4 <br />of the NE1/4 of Sec 25. An area of 3.00 acres. This entire area <br />will be in use for the duration of the mine. Upon abandonment <br />all buildings will be dismantled and removed. The surface will <br />be recontoured to resemble the surrounding area. Compacted <br />ground will be ripped. Fertilizer will be applied at the rate <br />of 80 lbs. of Nitrogen, 100 lbs. of Phosphorous and 50 lbs. of <br />Potasium per acre. Seed will be applied at the same rate and <br />by the same manner as has been explained for the benches in <br />Area #1. Shrub tubelings will also be transplanted as explained <br />for the benches in Area #1. <br />Straw will be used as amulch and crimped in at the rate of <br />2 tons per acre. <br />
