The slope consists <br />of 3 acres which will not be covered with topsoil. The slope is <br />at 36°- 38°,the angle of repose for raw shale. If soil were <br />added, it would move downward due to gravity. <br />Fertilizer will be added at the rate of 80 lbs. Nitrogen, <br />100 lbs. Phosphorous, and 50 lbs. Potasium per acre.
