You also <br />stated that as we follow-up and file a 110 Permit, the application <br />fee :ind financial warranties would be required. Your letter states <br />that you had enclosed a performance warranty, but it was not enclosed. <br />Exhit~it C-Mining Plan <br />1. Overhead Power Line - No structure is located within 200 ft. of the <br />I~roperty <br />2. i)epth of Tap Soil - ! 3" <br />Overburden - '_ 30" <br />Gravel - Approximately 12 to 14 feet to be mined and removed from <br />the site. <br />3. Equipment: Track loader, front end loader, possible screen <br />4. 'Che water table is approximately 14 to 16 feet in depth. The mining <br />i>lan is to remove material to the water table and not to mine in the <br />!;round water. <br />5. Grades will be at about 5:1 so erosion within the pit area will not <br />Ise a factor. Cover will root on the overburden pile, thus there will <br />not be a surface erosion problem. The haul roads will be bladed, <br />1;raveled, and maintained. <br />6. i4ining will begin with issuance of the special permit.
