(cont.) <br />(3) Requirements of Section 6.16.0 of Ote Regulations for the Stue Discharge Permit <br />System have hem met, and <br />(4) Requirements of public notice have been tnet. <br />d. Permit modification (except for minor modifications), termination or revocation and <br />reiss»ance actions shall be subject to the requirements of Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.7.0, 6.8.0 <br />and 6.16.0 of the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System. The Division shall as <br />on a permit modification request, other than minor modifications requests, within 180 days <br />of receipt theaof. Except for minor modifications, the terms of the existing permit govern <br />and are enforceable until the newly issued permit is formally modified or revoked and <br />reissued following public notice. <br />e. Upon consrnt by the perttdttee, the Division may. make minor permit modifications without <br />following the requirements of Saxions 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.8.0, and 6.16.0 of the Regulations for <br />the State Discharge Permit System. Minor modifications to permits are limited to: <br />(1) Correcting typographical errors; or <br />i (2) Increasing the fiequency of monitoring or reporting by the permittee; or <br />(3) Changing ao interim date in a schedule of compliance, provided the new dale of <br />compliance is not mote than 120 days after the due specific in the existing permit <br />and don not interfere with•atn+~+~mr of the final compliance date requirement; or <br />(4) Allowing for a transfer in ownership or operational control of a facility where the <br />Division determines thaz no other change in the permit is necessary, provided that <br />a written agreement oontaiaing.a specific date for transfer of permit responsibility, <br />coverage and liability between the current and new permittees has hem submitted m <br />the Division; or <br />(5) Changing the consGUCtion schedule for a disrbarger which is a new sputa, but no <br />such change shall affect a discharget's obligation to have all pollution coa[rol <br />equipment installed and in operation prior to discharge; or <br />(6) Deleting a point source ouffall whm the discharge from thu outfall is terminated and <br />does not result in discharge of pollutams from other ouffalls except in accordance <br />with permit limits. <br />f. Whm a permit is modified, only the conditions subject to codification are reopened. If a <br />permit is rooked and reissued, the ratite permit is reopened and subject m revision and the <br />permit is miscued for a crew term. <br />g. The filing of a request by the permittee for a permit modification, revocation and reisstrance <br />or rr*+++;++~r;on does not stay any permit wndidon. <br />h. All permit modifications and reisstraaces are subject to the antibackslidingprovicions net forth <br />in 6.11.0 (5) through (9). <br />
