res'pOnse to the Mid-!Perm Review aryl in the Seneca Mine hydrology
reports. The purpose of this revision was to formally inwrporate the
revised hydrology monitoring program into the permit application.
Technical Revision No. 10
As mining progressed to the east and north in the Wadge Pit, disturbance
was encroaching on what is now referred to as Bond Creek. This revision
was the detailed design and eon~irction plan for Sediment Control Porr3
007 to control drainage into Bona Creek.
Technical Revision No. 11
When the~boan on the 770B dragline went. down in the Wadge Pit, coal was
uncovered by scrapers along the open Wadge Pit with the approval granted
order Minor Revision No. 24. Additional scraper coal was needed which
ritated a mange in minim sequence to allow scraper excavation in
the north end of the Wadge Pit. This revision enow~assed lard which
was planned for disturbance in the cinzent permit term and also included
• drainage control.
Technical Revision No. 12
In order to allow coal extraction at the location of Pond 007, surface
rights to lard immediately east of Pord 007 on Bond Creek were obtained
front the State Land Board and an additional 61.1 acres was added to the
permit area in order to construct Sediment Pond 008.
Technical Revision No. 13
This revision requested three modifications to the hydrology monitorirg
program. These charges were originally strbtnitted with the Seneca II
1986 Annual Hydrology Report. 'These modifications included reducing the
monitoring frequency at two wells aryl replacing the H7Q~I0 model for
drainage design with SIDIM(7P II.

This revision included relocation of the 770 dragline deadhead route and
• expar~sion of the disturbance limits in the Wadge pit to allow for
additional extraction of state-owned coal up to the current coal lease
