Technical Revision No. 6 - Topsoil Salvaoe Adjustment A small drainage at the lower end of the Wadge area contained several areas that were excessively steep in terms of operational efficiency and safety. PCC requested that, due to the equipment limitations and safety issues, topsoil not be salvaged in this area. A topsoil balance indicated that enough additional topsoil was available within the permit area (topsoil stockpiles and areas to be disturbed) that reclamation of this area could be aoowig~lished. Technical Revision No. 7 It was later changed to Minor Revision No. 15, therefore No. 7 is deleted.
