Information was submitted for the reclamation bordi~x3 <br />Cost estimate, matminim land use, and revegetation suooPS.s stand?n~s, <br />and the b'ackfilling aryl grading schedule. <br />'Ipchnical Revision No. 28 <br />This submittal addresses the permit concerns identified in the <br />Division's letter of August 19, 1994 regarding the mid-term review for <br />Permit C-80-005. <br />Permit Revisions - Wolf Creek Permit Revision <br />In the last five years, the above revision was the only major change to <br />the approved permit which *-~ " ed a permit revision. The reason for <br />the term permit revision rather than a technical revision was the fact <br />that PCC proposed to m ine an area within the designated life-of-mine <br />area <br />minia (but within <br />xJ. the permit boun dary) previously not proposed for <br />In this revision, POC proi~osed to mine further down the hill in the Wolf <br />Creek area than was originally planned. In doing so, mining operations <br />would recd ~ i re that the dragline cast the overkuizlen into an adjacent <br />drainage.
