The people living at the address furnished by Applicant in Englewood Colorado <br />have never heaz o or of Agile Stone Systems, Inc_ <br />Referring to point B, on September 11, 1997, a Judicial Review Complaint was filed in Fremont <br />County against the County Commissioners and Agile Stone Systems, Inc. One of the issues <br />raised in this Complaint is the fact that the Commissioners gave a permit to Agile in an <br />Agricultural/Forestry Zone when the actual permit required would have to be issued in an <br />Industrial Zone due to the processing that Agile is proposing to do. Therefore, their Conditional <br />Use Permit currently on file with Fremont County is not in force at all and may well ,>Ze denied <br />oge er upon completion of the Judicial Review.
