The cut and <br />fill volumes, topsoil volumes, and disturbance areas for these and other permanent <br />project features at the Piceance Site that will not be reclaimed until the end of the project <br />are indicated in Table L-5. All of the earthwork estimates assume 1 foot of topsoil has <br />been removed and stockpiled prior to any cut or fill. <br />L-6 <br />
