L.1.2 Reclamation of Processing Facilities and Other Permanent Features
The initial processing facility components that would require reclamation include all of
the buildings and structures that will be constructed as "permanent items" to last
throughout the life of the project. Reclamation of these permanent project features
would normally only take place at the end of the Yankee Gulch Project. If for some
reason the project were to shut down during commercial operations, these same items
and quantities of materials would need to be reclaimed regardless of when the
shutdown occurred. A detailed layout of these structures is shown in Exhibit D, Figure
D-4, and the dimensions and composition of structures at the Piceance Site are
summarized in Table L-4.
