5. The County imposed condition that the operation be completed on or before July 20, 2002. If the operation is not expected to be completed on that date, an extension of the County's approval will be processed during the spring or early summer of 2002. 6. The County requirement that the County has reserved the right to impose dust abatement procedures on the two miles of County gravel road, if the County Public Works Department feels they are necessary if traffic becomes excessive. 8. The County imposed hours restrictions of from 6:00 A.M until 10:00 P.M. seven days a week along with the County provision to allow extended hours upon approval of the Planning Director. 9. The restriction on any washing of sand, until such time as a legal source of water is available. On the last condition, the applicant has changed the proposed source of water source for sand washing and dust control to a Laramie Fox-Hill well, and has applied for well permit. The well will also be used to supply water for the watering of stockpiles and the access road to control fugitive dust emissions Once the MLRB has approved the application, the County has asked for me to provide a revised booklet that incorporates the above conditions including other permit applications (NPDES, Well Permit, etc.), the reports on which some of the changes or additions were based, and a copy the MLRB's approval letter along with copies of the financial and performance guarantee to the MLRB. This booklet will also be provided to the applicant, and if you'd like, I can also provide such a combined booklet to the MLRB. In this way all the involved parties would have one document that shows all of the conditions necessary for operation, which is what the County wants.
