The applicant has <br />re^,eived County approval and is anxious to get started, as they <br />have one prospective job that. would like the first delivery of sand <br />August 24. Uiven that your decision date is August 12, this won't <br />leave them much time to get the fi-n a1 p>-iperwork completed with the <br />PfLRE so t}1ey can begin to operates. What would be helpful, is if <br />you could let me b:now what the bond amo:lnt will be before the i2t11. <br />In that way I could get started on that papercrox•k. <br />T11e County made some changes, most of which are items file NLRB <br />dcesn't enforce, for instance hours of operation. A few chang~_s <br />a.re over areas the MLRB would care about, for instance not locating <br />stockpiles in the floodway area. These 1'ew changes are all more <br />restrictive thar. in the original submittal to the P1LRP,. <br />°elow I've summarized the changes. I've tried to make a distinction <br />by usinb the work "County" :here I believe a conditions is soles a <br />County concern. The County conditior.that some miscellaneous .junk on adjacent <br />property be removed prior to mitring being undertaken. The <br />junk has been removed and isn't in the MLRB permit area. <br />2. The requirement that no stockpiles be allowed within the 100' <br />staked area centered on the Creek in order to allow ~lnimpeded <br />flow during most storm events. <br />3. The requirment that all other stockpiles he oriented in a <br />north-south alignment. <br />4. The requirement that no mining occur south of the access road <br />(approximately 100' from adjacent propertyl, and that if any <br />erosion occurs during storm events in this are, that it be <br />immediately repaired following the storm. <br />
