In your request you also provided water quality data for Ponds 5 ("LP") 5A <br />and 4C. A copy of the request with the water quality data was provided to the <br />Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE), Water Quality Control <br />Division for comments. Their comments regarding your request were received on <br />April 11, 1995. CDPHE did a comparison of the data you provided against the surface <br />water stream standards for the Arequa Gulch Basin.
