Control Ptro4ram <br />If recnlired pursuant to Part I.B. of this permit, the pennittee shall <br />develop a control program to eliminate WF~, thrax~h the identification and <br />elimination of any tcxicants ar toxicant sources responsible for WET, or <br />thrYxx3tr the identification and ittglemerttation of toxicant treatability <br />processes. Rhe ocQttrol program, alortq with any oost/benefit analysis to <br />determine whether the ousts of oonstxvction bear a reasonable relationship <br />to the resulting benefits, shall be submitted within the specified time <br />frames. Such oust benefit analysis shall be used in accordance with <br />Section 25-8-503(8) aryl (9), C.R.S.
