Said easement and right of way shall be forty <br />feet wide and shall follow the route West and South along <br />the North bank of the existing creek until the most suitable <br />place can be located for making the crossing of the Boxelder <br />Creek bed over which it vrill cross and continue. in such a <br />manner that the route requires a minimum amount of disturbance <br />of the creek bed along with the natural and existing topo- <br />graphy of the lands, making it the most accessible and <br />shortest route to the sight of the mining property. <br />3. This Easement will be for one year from Ju1v 30 <br />1975 to tiu>,1' 30 1976. q <br />4. Upon the execution of this Agreement it is acknow- <br />ledged that Colorado Lien has paid as consideration herefore <br />the sum of $500.00 to Gladys T. Munroe, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged. <br />5. The purpose of this Easement is to permit the <br />ingress and egress of motorized equipment and trucks for the <br />purpose of removing and transporting ore known as Gypsum. <br />6. Colorado Lien may perform such construction .on the <br />easement and right of way as is necessary for its use including i <br />grading, graveling, placing a culvert and adequate fill <br />across the creek and the erection, if necessary, of cattle <br />guards. Gladys T. Munroe shall be notified by Colorado Lien <br />of any substantial anticipated construction work and such <br />work shall not unreasonab]y interfere with Gladys T. Munroe's <br />use of any properties. All construction shall be performed <br />in a workmanlike manner. <br />7.
