EXHIBIT H '
Operation of this quarry will not substantially increase
traffic on County Road 2}. The bulk of the potential market
for gypsum is the cement companies, both of which currently
move the total requirements for their gypsum down County Road 21.
The only expected increase in traffic would be the sale of
gypsum as fertilizer, which would be moved from the deposit on
County Road 21 to County Road 19, south to County Road 80, west
to Highway 287, and south to the finegrind plant facility located
at the Rex Quarry for sizing. This tonnage is expected to be
approximately 10,000 ton a year and moved at a rate of 2,000 to
3,000 ton a month during the spring and summer. The gross weight
of the vehicles hauling will depend on legal limits imposed by
the state or county on existing roads and bridges, but would be a
maximum of 85,000 lbs. for a five axle truck and 54,000 lba. for
a three axle truck,
