<br /> <br />fluids until three (3) years after the <br />completion of plugging and abandonment which <br />has been carried out in accordance with the <br />Plugging and Abandonment Plan shown in <br />Appendix C, and is consistent with 40 CFR § <br />146.10. <br />(ii) all monitoring information, including all <br />calibration and maintenance records and all <br />original recordings for continuous monitoring <br />instrumentation and copies of all reports <br />required by this Permit for a period of at <br />least five (5) years from the date of the <br />sample, measurement or report throughout the <br />operating life of the well. <br />(iii) all information relating to any demonstration <br />per 40 CFR § 262.11 that fluid sources are <br />not hazardous per 40 CFR § 261.3 must be <br />maintained on site for at least five (5) <br />years. <br />(b) The Permittee shall continue to retain such <br />records after the retention period specified in <br />paragraphs (a) (i) and (a) (ii) unless he delivers <br />the records to the Director or obtains written <br />approval from the Director to discard the records. <br />(c) The Permittee shall maintain copies (or originals) <br />of all pertinent records [Part II, Sections D.1. <br />and D.2.] available for inspection at the office <br />of: <br />American Soda, L.L.P. <br />2717 County Road 215 <br />Parachute, Colorado 61635 <br />4. Reoortina of Results. The Permittee shall submit <br />Quarterly Reports to the Director summarizing the <br />results of the monitoring required by Part II Sections <br />D.1.(b)(c)(d)(f)(g)(h) and D.2. The Permittee shall <br />report mechanical integrity test results required by <br />Section II D.1.(a) and (e) in the quarter following the <br />date of demonstration.
