<br />(h) Monitoring of water quality and water level (see <br />Section 2.0 of the Water Monitoringr Plan Appendix <br />I) in all well completions above the Dissolution <br />Surface will occur on a monthly basis during the <br />baseline period. The completions above the <br />Dissolution Surface will be sampled for water <br />levels and analyzed for the constituents on the <br />WQ2 Table 3 list, page 12 of Appendix I. The <br />Dissolution Surface completions will be sampled <br />monthly for water level, conductivity and <br />temperatures. <br />Samples and measurements shall be representative <br />of the monitored activity. The Permittee shall <br />utilize the applicable analytical methods <br />described in Table 1 of 40 CFR ~ 136.3, or in <br />Appendix III of 40 CFR ~ 261, and the QA/QC <br />methods approved in the Appendix I Water <br />Monitoring Plan. <br />2. Monitoring Information. Records of any monitoring <br />activity required under this Permit shall include: <br />(a) The dates, exact place, and the time interval of <br />sampling, monitoring, or field measurements; <br />(b) The name of the individual(s) who performed the <br />sampling or measurements; <br />(c) The exact sampling method(s) used to take samples; <br />(d) The date(s) laboratory analyses were performed; <br />(e) The name of the individual(s) who performed the <br />analyses; <br />(f) The analytical techniques or methods used by <br />laboratory personnel; and <br />(g) The results of such analyses. <br />3. Record Kee~ina. <br />(a) The Permittee shall retain records concerning: <br />(i) the nature and composition of all injected <br />EPA FINAL Area Permit No. CO3858-00000 <br />Page 25 of 164 <br />
