The decree entered herein on July 29, 1976
set forth an erroneous description of the point of
diversion of Hawks Nest Pipeline No. 2. The correct
point of diversion iy as follows:
Located at a point on the North
bank of the North Fork of the
Gunnison River which is N 55.14'
E 2210 feet from the Is corner
between Sections 30 and 15 of
• Township 13 South, Range 90 Wect
of the 6th P.H. in Gu:nison
County, Colorado.
Applicant seeks a decree so correcting that point of
diversion. fSga map attached and incorporated herein
as Exhibit A ).
4. The decree in this action to hawks Nest Pipeline No. 2
entered J~~ly 29, 1976 granted a co::ditional decree, W-2716, for
S c.f.e. for mining and industrial use end .OS c.f.s.
for domestic purposes with an appropriation of July 22,
1975. Afton the entry of that decree applicant has
appropriated and applied to beneficial use for mining
and industrial purposes 1 c.f.s. of the aforesaid 5 c.f.s.
and the entire .OS c.f.s. for domestic purpose r„ ell
through Hawke Nest Pipeline No. 2. Applicant therefore
requests that this conlitional decree be made absolute
for said 1 c.f.a. for mining and industrial use and for
.OS c.l.s. for domestic purposes, all with an appropria-
tion date of July~22, 1975.
S. Applicant is installing a pumping station and pipeline
known as Nawks Nest Pipeline No. 3 ae the following
described point of diversion:
A point on the North bank of the
North Fork of the Gunnison River
