Notice of Pre-hearing Conference and Notice of Formal Public Hearing.
Dear Supervisors,
Regarding the above-named application, for which a written objection was received, the Division of Minerals and
Geology has scheduled the matter of a decision on the application for a Formal Public Hearing before the Mincd
Land Reclamation Board (Board). The Formal Public Hearine has been scheduled to be held during the May 24-
25, 2000, Board meeting. The meeting will be held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado. The
meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., and the Hearing will occur as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard.
Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7.1, the Division has scheduled aPre-hearing Conference to be held prior
to the Formal Public Hearing, for the purpose of identifying the parties to the Formal Public Hearing, and to
identify the issues to be heard by the Board at the Formal Public Hearing. The Pre-hearing Conference is scheduled
to be held on Monday, May 8, 2000• at 10:00 a.m.• via telephone conference call. The conference call will be
artanged by this office. This notice is being provided to you as a courtesy, and you will not be called to participate
in this telephone conference call unless we hear from you by 12:00 noon, Friday, May 5, 2000.
The last day that written materials, submitted in response to the Informal Conference, were to be received by the
Division was April 17, 2000. Please be reminded that no additional issues may be raised at either the Pre-hearing
Conference or the Formal Public Hearing.
