RECEIVING STREAM
An assessment of the stream standards, low flow data and ambient stream data has been performed to determine the assimtlah've
capacities (or the North Fork of the Gunnison River, Sylvester Gulch, Wesf Sylvester Gulch, the Dry Fork of Minnesota Creek and Lone
Prne Gulch for potential pollutants of concern. This information, which is contained in Appendix A to thzs rationale, also includes an
antidegradation review, where appro riate. The Division's Permits Unit has reviewed the assimilative cappacities to. determine fhe
appropriate water quality-based effluent limitations as well as potential limits based on the amidegradation evaluation, where
a 1!cable. The limitations based on the assessment and other evaluations conducted as part of this rationale can be found in Tables VI-
J, t'1-2, VI-3, VI-4, and VI-5 of this rationale.
IV.
