<br />of the county of Oelta and State of Co orado, Grantors, for the
<br />Sum of No dol al-rs and no/oo dollars, and
<br />other good and va uab a considerations. the receipt whereof rs hereby acknowledged,
<br />do hereby grant, bargain, sell, warrant and convey unto DELTA-MONTROSE ELECTRIC
<br />ASSOCIATION, an electric cooperative of the State of Colorado, its successors
<br />and assigns, Grantee, the right, privilege and easement forever to enter upon the
<br />- real property of the Grantors, situated in the County of Oelta ,
<br />State of Colorado, to wit:
<br />A perpetual easement and right of way for the erection and continued maintenance,
<br />repair, alteration and replacement of the electric transmission circuits of the
<br />Grantee, with the necessary towers, poles, guys, stubs, cross-arms and other attach-
<br />_ ments thereon. affixed thereto, for the support of said circuits, td be erected and
<br />maintained upon and across the premises of the Grantor as described as follows:
<br />An easement 50 feet in width located in the following described property:
<br />_ SW; of the SW-;, section 17 and the NW; of the NW :, Section 13, T 13 S, R 95 W
<br />of the 6th P.M., Oelta County, Colorado, with a centerline mare particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />- Beginning at a {,pint whence the NE corner of ~he NW; of the NW;
<br />• hears N 1° ~8' 16" E 567.L8 feet; thence N 57 26' 41" W 517.57 feet;
<br />thence N 34 21' S2" W 1532.05 feet.
<br />Together with all riyhts of ingress and egress necessary or convenient for the
<br />full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement hereby granted, and
<br />- all rights and privileges incident thereto, including the right to cut and remove
<br />timber, .trees, brush, overhanging branches and other obstructions which may injure or
<br />• interefere with the Grantee's use, occupation or enjoyment of this easement.
<br />]t is understood that, whenever necessary, words used in this instrument in the
<br />singular shall be construed to read in the plural and that words used in the masculir
<br />gender shall be construed to read in the feminine.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Easement, together with all singular the rights and
<br />privileges appertaining thereto, unto said DELTA-htONTROSE ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, its
