(111) Hethods [o be used in planting and seeding.
Seeding will be done by hydroseeding on slopes greater than 3 to 1. All
slopes less than 3 to 1 will be done by drill seeding. The areas to be
seeded will have the seed bed prepared by addition of top soil from the
temporary stockpiles. Where the slopes are greater than 3 to 1, the
hydroseeding will be done in two steps. The seed will first be applied,
and [hen a cover of shredded wood fiber will be applied.
