Dorsey and Whitney, LLP, The <br />Gary Williams Company, and Pinnacle Pines, LLC submitted comments to the applicant in three <br />separate letters. Comments were received from Dorsey and Whitney in a letter dated April 3 and May <br />2, 2000. In addition, identical comments were received by The Gary Williams Company and Pinnacle <br />Pines in a letter dated March 14, 2000. The information and discussion below addresses each <br />comment as it was presented by the Objectors. <br />Response to Comments Received from The Gary Williams Company and Pinnacle Pines, March <br />14, 2000, <br />Comment -Exhibit C. <br />The applicant will no[ be irrigating the property during mining operation. Surface irrigation to <br />establish vegetation during reclamation activities may use an above grade sprinkler system.. <br />Comment -Exhibit D. <br />• This comment is addressed in responses to DMG comments dated May 24, 2000. <br />Comment -Exhibit D. <br />• The stability of the mining slopes during mining operations is addressed in responses to DMG <br />comments dated May 24, 2000.
