Frequency and Sample Type <br />PART I <br />Page lb of 19 <br />Permit No.: CO-0036021 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or <br />noncompliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part I.A., the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />required frequencies: <br />Measurement <br />Effluent Parameter Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ <br />Flow (MGD) Monthly Instantaneous or Continuous <br />011 and Grease (mg/1) fl Monthly Visual or Grab <br />pH (s.u.) Monthly Crab <br />Salinity g/ Quarterly h/ Grab <br />Settleable Solids (mg/1) j/ Monthly Grab <br />Self monitoring samples taken in compliance with the monitoring <br />requirements specified above shall be taken at the following <br />• locations: Outfall 001, the discharge from the reclamation area, as <br />shown in Figure 1. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br />"Sample Type" specified above. <br />Reporting of the above data shall be on a qua <br />Part I.D.2 for specific requirements.
