< <, <br />PART I <br />Page la of 19 <br />• Permit No.: CO-0036021 <br />A. TER,~IS AND CONDITIONS <br />1. Post-Ninine Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through September 30, 1990 the <br />permittee is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified <br />below, from outfall(s) serial number(s) 001, the discharge from the <br />reclamation area as shown in Figure 1. <br />a. Any discharge resulting from non-precipitation related causes or from <br />precipitation within any 24-hour period less than or equal to the <br />10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent <br />volume) shall comply with the following limitations. <br />Discharge Limitations <br />Maximum Concentration <br />Effluent Parameter Daily Max. c/ <br />Flow - (MGD) N/A <br />Settleable Solids (ml/1) j/ 0.5 <br />Salinity N/A <br />• pH - (Standard Units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />011 and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor shall there <br />be a visible sheen. <br />b. Any discharge caused by precipitation within any 24-hour period <br />greater than the 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (er snowmelt <br />of equivalent volume) shall comply with the following limitations. <br />Flow-NCD - monitoring only per Part I.B.1. <br />Salinity - monitoring only per Part I.B.1. <br />pH - (Standard Units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/ <br />011 and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor <br />shall there be a visible sheen. <br />c. Additional conditions - effective at all times. <br />There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in <br />other tha^ trace amounts. The discharge shall not contain any <br />sanitary sewage or other pollutants not associated with surface <br />runoff. <br />d. These limitations shall apply to discharge from reclamation areas <br />until the performance bond issued to the facility by the <br />appropriate S?:C RA authority has bee^ released and the Division <br />approves inactivation of the discharge point. <br />• e. Upo^ the effective data of this permit, the requirements of this <br />permit shall supercede all requirements of the February 27, 1981 <br />permit. <br />See part I.C. for Footnotes <br />
