In accordance with federal effluent guidelines, the effluent limitations <br />in Part I.A.1 of the permit shall remain is effect until bond release. <br />After bond release, the division may find that effluent limitations based <br />on state effluent standards and water quality standards are appropriate. <br />The division should be notified when the bond is released so that any <br />appropriate permit modifications can be made. <br />B. Materials Containment Plan - Part I.E.1. of the permit describes the <br />Materials Containment Plan (MCP) which is a requirement in all permits. <br />If a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan has already <br />been submitted 6y tF.e permittee and approved by the division, submittal of <br />an annual update to this pla^ will satisfy the initial MCP requirement <br />shown in Part D. below. <br />C. Reopener Clause - This permit may be reopened and modified as discussed in <br />Part II.B.S if there is a significant change in state or federal water <br />quality regulations, a significant change in operation at [he facility, or <br />at the request of [he permittee. <br />D. Compliance Dates - The following items must be submitted by the specified <br />date under the conditions of this permit. <br />1. `laterials Containment Plan, Part I.E.1. <br />- 90 davs from effective date <br />2.
