Bridge <br /> 17497 St. Hwy 64 <br /> Rangely, CO 81648 <br /> RE: Notification of Board of Commissioner final approval <br /> Dear Mr. Rasmussen: <br /> At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Rio Blanco County Board of <br /> Commission held January 25, 1999, at 1:15 in Meeker, Colorado the Board <br /> unanimously voted to approve your Special Use Permit #98-42 for the Red Wash <br /> gravel pit located in Section 19, T2S, R102W. Approval is subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Weeds be adequately controlled in all disturbed areas and on the entire site. <br /> 2. A Fugitive Particulate Emission Permit be obtained from the Colorado <br /> Department of Health. <br /> 3. A Mined Land Reclamation Permit be obtained from the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources. <br /> 4. Appropriate sediment control measures be taken to ensure that sediment will <br /> not reach adjacent drainages or properties. <br /> 5. Dust will be controlled to regulated levels at all times on the entire site and <br /> access road. Operations will cease immediately if dust cannot be adequately <br /> controlled. <br /> 6. The boundary of the site shall be surveyed and staked to prevent <br /> encroachments on adjacent properties. <br />
