H. Daily consumption is estimated at 1500 gallons of water or approximately '/2 load <br /> of water in a typical water truck. Water will be delivered to the site in a Rio <br /> Blanco County water truck. <br /> 1. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br /> The operator will be mining above the water table. The mining operation will be <br /> conducted in such a manner as to maintain the existing surface drainage. All <br /> mining and processing operation will be designed to mange storm runoff so that <br /> no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br /> J. No existing water right will be affected. <br /> K. No refuse, acid or toxic producing material are anticipate. <br /> L. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br /> The operator will be mining above the water table. The mining operation will be <br /> conducted in such a manner as to maintain the existing surface drainage. All <br /> mining and processing operation will be designed to mange storm runoff, so that <br /> no sediments flow to existing drainage. During mining operation side slopes may <br /> ba a natural slope of 11/2:1. The finish grade or final reclamation side slopes will <br /> be no greater than 3:1 and grade of not less than 1% on the floor of the mined area <br /> will be consistence with range land use. <br /> M. All materials will be processed on site. Mining operation may utilize scrappers, <br /> dozers, front end loaders, crushers, and conveyors. The mining operations <br /> facilities will be located in the Southeast area of the site (see EXIIIBIT E— map, <br /> for the operation location). <br /> N. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel and rip-rap to be <br /> used to serve the needs of the Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in road repair <br /> and surfacing. <br /> O. There are no incidental products to be mined or extracted. <br />
