Stipulation No. Description P, 11 1. The permitted operator will not conduc[ any mining or reclamation activities wttlun that portton of the G.7-acre permitted area whtch lies witlting the White Marble #2 Placer Claim, until the items included under Condition #2 (below) arc /~ complied widr. The ownership of the shove-rnentioncd portion of the permitted ~5~~ area lying within the White Marble q2 Placer Claim is subject to change at a time / subsequent to the approval of this 110 permit application. However, the ~~t operator's right-of~ntry is not cotttpletely precluded, By virtue of spcciFc language in the present Deed of Trust held by the operator, and pertinent to this placer claim, t}re operator may enter upon such lands for other purposes. If the operator does not acquire ownership of the Wltite Marble #2 Placer Claim, the operator needs to satisfy Condition #3 tbelow), and not Condition #2. 2.
