Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date, the permittee is authorized to discharge
from outfalls: 001- the discharge of surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch, 002 -the discharge of
surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch or an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of [he Gunnison
River, 003 -the discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch or to an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of [he
Gunnison River, 004 - [he discharge of treated domestic wastewater effluent prior to discharging to Pond B (outfall 001), 005 -the
discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch or to an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of the Gunnison River,
006 -the discharge of mine water prior to entering an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of the Gunnison River, 007 and 008 -the
discharges of surface mnoff water prior to entering the North Fork of the Gunnison River. 009 -the discharge of surface runoff water
prior to entering the unnamed tributary to Hubbard Creek. 010 -discharge of mine water prior to entering the unnamed tributary to
Hubbard Creek.
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the Colorado
Dischaige Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. ]002-61, [he permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter
concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation.

Any discharge or increase in the volume of a discharge caused by precipitation within any 24-hour period less than or equal to the ]0-
year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent volume) may comply with the following limitations subject to burden of
proof requirements described in Part I.A.3.
