Effluent Limitations <br />PART I <br />PARTI <br />Page No. 3 <br />Permit No.: CO-0044776 <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date, the permittee is authorized to discharge <br />from outfalls: 001- the discharge of surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch, 002 -the discharge of <br />surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch or an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of [he Gunnison <br />River, 003 -the discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch or to an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of [he <br />Gunnison River, 004 - [he discharge of treated domestic wastewater effluent prior to discharging to Pond B (outfall 001), 005 -the <br />discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch or to an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of the Gunnison River, <br />006 -the discharge of mine water prior to entering an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of the Gunnison River, 007 and 008 -the <br />discharges of surface mnoff water prior to entering the North Fork of the Gunnison River. 009 -the discharge of surface runoff water <br />prior to entering the unnamed tributary to Hubbard Creek. 010 -discharge of mine water prior to entering the unnamed tributary to <br />Hubbard Creek. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the Colorado <br />Dischaige Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. ]002-61, [he permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter <br />concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation. <br />a.
